My order has not arrived when I expected it to, what should I do?
We aim to dispatch all our free shipping/2nd class orders within 24-48 hours, however at busier times (site wide discounts/special offers) this may be up to 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched we estimate you will received your order within 2-5 days.
If you have placed an order via 24/1st class, your items will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note due to the current Covid legislations with self isolation there are postal delays in some areas, in most cases an additional day or 2 has been added to the estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
If you have not recieved your order within 7 days of dispatch please contact us and we will chase up the location of your prarcel with the relevant courier. If needed we will be happy to send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
What happens when my order contains a pre-ordered item?
Please note any items ordered alongside pre-orders will be shipped out alongside the pre-orderded items. If you require any part of your order sooner, please contact us at email@example.com or order separately.
Delivery due dates can be subject to change depending on shipment from Maileg and customs clearance. If you have any question or require further information, pleas do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I request a refund?
If you are not happy with the item or no longer require it, please contact us within 30 days of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service via our website but if you would like to send an item for a special occasion please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I have a discount code but it is not working?
If you have a discount code that is not being accepted it could mean the code has expired or reached its usage capacity but please send us as email as firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this for you and resolve any issues you may have.
